1. Power on the system 
2. Login to Windows OS
3. Press Win + x Key and m to open Device Manager. (or)
4. Press Win key and type Device manager

1. Drop down the symbol -> Double click on Standard  NVM Express Controller ->Details Tab -> Check on Property -> PCI Current link Speed
